CEMB: Wheel Balancers
The CEMB Digital Wheel Balancer ER72TD is made especially for busy tire shops. This new series has the latest technology in wheel balancing, “Spotter” lasers that actually pinpoints the exact location of stick-on wheel weights. This is done with little or no chance of operator error when entering dimensions (major cause of check spin errors). Full Time Static on screen for a perfect balance. The automatic arm is up to 30″ diameter, automatic entry of the dimensions with width sonar 3D.
Completely renewed, the ER100 EVO top-of-the-range wheel balancer, in a matter of seconds and without any manual intervention on behalf of the operator the machine automatically detects all wheel dimensions, unbalance, internal and external wheel and rim eccentricity, tread-depth and continuity.
The EZ10 blends existing technical features – such as Auto Adaptive mode and Virtual Sonar – with the addition of an electromagnetic brake, which eases operations for counterweight application makes this space-saving wheel balancer unbeatable.
CEMB: Tire Changers
A traditional swing arm tire changer (SM825EVO) can come with an optional Press Arm (SM825EVOPA) is a great place to start for general service of the majority of OEM fitments and many custom tires and wheels. These durable machines are equipped with basic features, intended for mid-volume use.
The SM1100 combines the best of multiple tire changer technologies; offering speed and efficiency throughout a wide range of applications. Easily adapts to ultra-low-profile, run-flat tires, special custom rims, every day wheels and even commercial light truck and industrial wheels.
The CM27T is perfectly suited for tube and tubeless type tires used on over-the-road Class 8 commercial trucks and some off-road tractor tires and rims. The pivoting four-jaw clamping chuck aids as a wheel lift. Prevents liabilities of manual truck tire changing by allowing the machine to perform all the heavy lifting and service work.
Pro-Cut: Brake Lathes
Switching from resurfacing brake discs to drums takes merely seconds with the new P2 quick change cutting head. Feed direction is automatically changed as you spin and lock down the head with just one lever! The power plant of the B17 is a quiet DC motor which provides smooth operation across a wide range of discs and drums. The B17 is equipped with our most advanced electronics package which tracks lathe usage and provides service reminders! And it's mounted on a mobile tool cabinet!
The X9D is the first and only on-car lathe powered by a variable speed DC motor, bringing more power and less vibration. The DC difference is incredible: less run-out and smoother surface finishes on every rotor means fewer hassles and higher profits with every brake job. You need to see it to believe it!
The PFM 9.2 DRO is the mid-sized lathe that has the features where they count! Like speed lock cutting head, 4 wheel adjustable trolley, and electronic reporting on lathe use, ROI, and service needs. We've sold close to 30,000 of these lathes which may be why techs ask for them by name! Approved or required by almost every OEM and many retailers. 9.2s are digitally expandable to optional G2X and GYR systems.
The A10 Warthog packs 10 lbs. more body mass, and 2 times the start-up torque than our 9.1 and 9.2 models. The A10 is burly enough to cut a Ford F750 and still nimble enough for the smallest sub-compact. Best described as commercial duty, the A10 is designed for heavy use in high volume dealerships or where large vehicle applications are found. A10s are digitally expandable to optional G2X and GYR systems.
